Our company name is D.W.S. (Worthing) Ltd. We are an independent retailer in Worthing, West Sussex and have been trading since 1975. Originally the business started out by offering a mobile door-to-door service to local shop traders and businesses selling goods to them from our vans. As business increased we opened a retail premises to extend the service to enable collections as well as selling direct to the public.

Established in 1975, we have over 35 years experience and are proud to be Worthing's longest established telecoms retailer.

The Landline Phones website was setup in 2002 when we were joined by a long-time acquaintance from a local Phone Shop that sadly faced closure. His background experience as a telecoms repair engineer and IT manager meant we could provide the necessary skills to offer specialist advice and develop the website and back-end systems in-house.

When dealing with us, you won't be faced with call centre drones who are only interested in their next break time or hitting sales targets. We pride ourselves on offering good old fashioned one-to-one service and advice on products to best suit your needs. If we feel we don't have the right product for you then we'll often advise on an alternative retailer for you to contact.
