Refunds
We comply with UK legislation including The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations for refunding goods. Goods purchased for non-consumer use, by business users or for re-sale are excluded from the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
In addition we also offer our own 14 day refund/exchange policy;-
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or you have ordered goods in error or they are not compatible with your requirements you may return the goods for exchange or refund.
All packaging, accessories and paperwork must have been received back by us in their original unspoilt condition within 14 days of delivery to qualify for the exchange/refund.If you have opened or used the goods they can still be exchanged or refunded providing the goods are in acceptable condition. The refund/exchange price will be to the value of the price paid less a charge of £15 or 15% (whichever is the greater) to cover administration costs, subsidised delivery charges and the loss incurred in having to discount for re-sale as they can no longer be sold as new at full price.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Credit/debit card refunds are usually made within a few days of receiving the goods and no later than 30 days providing they are in previously stated condition.
