How to order online

1. Add items to your shopping basket.

Click on the 'Add to Basket' button and the number of items in the 'Quantity' box will be added to your shopping basket.

If you need more than 1 of the chosen item then the default quantity of 1 can be changed by clicking inside the box, deleting the old value and entering the new qty.

You are shown your basket when you add an item to it. To view your basket at any time click the 'Shopping Basket' link in the top right corner or in the bottom left menu on every page.

You can check, amend and delete items from your shopping basket at any time.

2. Checkout

Once you have finished adding the items you want to purchase to your basket you need to go to the 'Checkout' by pressing the 'Proceed to Checkout' button on the Shopping Basket page.

You will be taken to our secure order form where a summary of your basket items along with all prices and delivery is displayed.

Enter your payment and delivery details in the order form.

To send us your order press the 'Place order' button and it will be sent to a secure server in an encrypted format to protect your personal and card details (see security for more information).

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order if you have supplied us with an e-mail address.


Delivery restrictions
Delivery is available to mainland Great Britain addresses only however due to high courier charges some areas of Scotland are excluded - see below.

Delivery is not available to the following areas;-

Scottish Borders, Highlands & Isles with the following postcode prefix

Northern Ireland

Isle of Man

Isle of Wight

Channel Islands
