The Retell 570 is an extremely flexible answering machine with 240 minutes recording time, mailboxes, time control,
SMS service and message transfer.
Supports 14
OGMs (
OGMs) which can be activated either manually or by timed switching and 4 mailboxes for messages to be left for individuals or departments in their own private mailbox.
High quality recording gives crystal clear audio which can also be output to an external recording device for backing up and archiving.

Absence manager - program the time you wil be returning to the office and the Retell 570 will respond to callers with a message telling them you are unavailable until then (no message will be recorded). Once the time has passed the feature disables itself

Call hold - caller will hear 'Please hold the line' followed by a hold tune. You can assign one of the OGM recordings to the holding loop to play your own music or to advertise a company message etc.
Personal OGM (call filter) - assign any of the 14 OGMs to any entry in the phonebook to have it played to them. You can also switch the answering machine off for certain callers
Vocal clip - assign one of the 14 ringtones to any entry in the phonebook to allow you to identify certain callers by the ring alone
Message function - known callers can leave a message by entering a PIN even when the Retell 570 is answering with an OGM with no option to leave an incoming message
Message transfer - the Retell 570 will dial saved call numbers (up to 4) after each new incoming message and plays them to the listener
Call forwarding - if your PABX or telephone network supports call forwarding you can enter the required settings here
SMS notification of a new incoming message - you can also set the unit to send an SMS to your mobile when you receive a new message
SMS - send & receive (requires subscription to Caller ID service)
Stores up to 20 SMS messages
Timer function - Up to 10 switching times can be programmed to automatically change the Retell 570's answering mode, OGMs, message transfer and call forwarding.
Appointments - manage up to 20 appointments with alarm notification
PIN lock to prevent unauthorised use
Alarm dialler - an external switch can activate a sequence of up to 4 dialled numbers being alerted to an alarm condition on the premises
Alarm by SMS - receive alarm messages by SMS instead of voice
Mailbox function - up to 4 mailboxes can be assigned for callers to leave messages in after being directed to press 1,2,3 or 4 on their keypad in the main OGM with each mailbox then having it's own personalised OGM
Optional footswitch available to control Rew/ FF/Stop & Play functions
Optional headset available to listen/record without disturbing other people in the room (you can also make calls with the headset)
Remote access (to individual mailboxes also)
USB connection to PC for configuration of answer machine, to send/receive SMS messages and to transfer/backup audio in WAV format
