Encore's unique SES™ (Sound Enhancement System) allows users to alter the tone of their caller's voice at the flick of a switch. It's quick and easy to change a normal telephone tone into a fuller, richer sound - and with the Encore Binaural headset, the sound can be adjusted separately for either ear.

Encore Monaural headsets, which provide sound in one ear, are ideal for users who may need to confer with colleagues when making or taking a call.

The easy to use Quick Disconnect™ feature places the caller on hold, whilst allowing users to leave their desk without removing their headset.
