About us

Our introduction to the telecomms industry started with telephone repairs back in 1989, building a wealth of knowledge from the ground up in the functioning of telephones and telecoms equipment in effecting repairs down to component level and even going as far as designing in-house test equipment and telephone exchange simulators.

As we moved into the new millenium every year brought better features and lower costs to new phones thanks to improvements in digital electronics fabrication techniques whilst the cost of sitting an engineer down at a bench to repair a phone increased and it soon became uneconomical to continue along these lines so in 2002 business emphasis shifted over to sales whilst repairs dwindled.

To keep prices as low as possible whilst continuing to maintain a high level of customer support we are purely an online operation and do not have retail facilites for callers to visit us.

We are an independent retailer and when you contact us you will receive personal service and not be shunted around nameless individuals in a call centre.
