We comply with UK legislation including The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for refunding goods. Goods purchased for non-consumer use, by business users or for re-sale are excluded from the Regulations.

In addition we also offer our own 28 day refund/exchange policy on used goods;-

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or you have ordered goods in error or they are not compatible with your requirements you may return the goods for exchange or refund.

All packaging, accessories and paperwork must have been received back by us in their original unspoilt condition within 28 days of delivery to qualify for the exchange/refund.

If you have opened or used the goods they can still be exchanged or refunded providing the goods are in acceptable condition.

The refund/exchange price will be to the value of the item price paid less a charge of £12.50 or 20% (whichever is the greater) to cover subsidised delivery charges, administration costs, and the loss incurred in having to discount for re-sale as they can no longer be sold as new at full price.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are usually made within 48 hours of receiving the goods and no later than 14 days providing they are in previously stated condition.
